Guides and Training to Supply the Public Sector
South West Food and Drink commisoned EFFP and Fraser Associates to write three guides for farmers, growers and food producers that describes the processes and procedures for supplying the Public Sector - government departments, local authorities, schools, hospitals, colleges, universities, the prison service, the armed forces etc. The guides have now been published.
They cover:
- Tendering to Supply the Public Sector
- Selling to Caterers who hold or are bidding for Public Sector Contracts
- Selling to Wholesalers and Distributors who hold or are bidding for Public Sector contracts
